I insert my card and nothing happens.
- Is the card inserted properly? Make sure that the card is inserted chip-side up and chip facing reader, into the reader.
- If the card is inserted properly and nothing happens, then the card connector may be damaged. When inserting the card into the reader, it should feel smooth with a "click" to indicated the card connector has been engaged.
- Are the red power indicator lights on (above keypad and below card slot)? Please verify that the reader is connected to a power source, then insert your card and enter your PIN.
